In 2019, aside from leading the team to our presentation in Boston, I was involved in the following aspects of our project:

• Development of a microbial production platform for the synthesis of an anti-cancer drug, camptothecin.
• Popularisation of our initiative to explain molecular biology in simple videos, translated in over 30 languages.
• Characterisation of the endophytic fungus, Fusarium solani.
